We supply 3 types of battery chargers. All chargers comply with electrical standards required in New Zealand. The RC-28L is designed as a fast charger for the 2000mA Li-ion Battery only. This charges the batteries in approximately 2-3 hours on fast charge before going onto trickle charge.
The great thing about these Rexon Chargers is that you can charge either a battery on its own or when it’s on the radio. This is great if you’re working all day and want to carry a spare battery just in case.
RC-25 is the slow charger designed solely for the 1600mA NIMH battery only. It charges the battery overnight and takes approximately 10 hours to fully charge the battery. Like the RC-28L, it can charge either a battery on it’s own or when it’s on the radio.
RC28L-6 Way Fast Charger is a new release from Rexon. It consists of a Solid designed Charge Bank with 6 Charge Pods. This 6 Way Unit charges the Li-Ion Batteries Only using fast Mode 2-3 Hours. batteries can also be charged seperately. A Very Nice Charger for any organisation wanting to space save and manage the charging of their RL328 and RL328S Products. The Rugged Power Supply is a Regulated Computer power supply rated at 15 volt DC 6 Amp. We have these Rexon 6 Way fast Chargers in Stock so consider this option when managing your fleet of Radios.
Please note: It is very important to charge the battery in the correct charger to avoid damaging the battery or charging pod.
